1. Software License & Intellectual Property
The H5 Automation plugin is a premium, commercial software product. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on the number of WordPress websites permitted by your specific subscription plan.
2. Updates and Support
- Customers with a valid, active license key are granted access to automatic plugin updates and technical support.
- Support is provided exclusively via email or our official support ticket system.
- Support covers bug fixes, installation issues, and general guidance regarding the plugin’s documented features. We do not provide support for third-party plugins, custom theme development, or general WordPress troubleshooting.
3. Subscription Renewals
Unless you purchase a Lifetime License, our products are sold as automatically recurring subscriptions (annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Canceling prevents future billing, but you will retain access to updates and support until your current billing period expires.
4. Limitation of Liability
Our plugin is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall H5Automation be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including data loss, revenue loss, or website downtime—arising out of the use or inability to use our software. You are strongly advised to back up your WordPress website before installing any new plugin.
5. Fair Use Policy
License keys are intended for the purchaser’s use only. Sharing, reselling, or publicly distributing your license key is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of your account and license without a refund.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangladesh.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify active users of any significant changes via email or a website notice.
